Kaoma Ferraz is the controller responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website.

We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide when booking a micropigmentation/aesthetics session, requesting a tattoo quote, or contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp, namely name, phone number, email and, where applicable, health information relevant to the procedure (for example, allergies or skin conditions).
Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, on the necessity to perform a service agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Before/after images
Before/after photographs of procedures are only taken, stored or published (including on social media or this website) with the explicit, prior and informed consent of the person concerned, which may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.

Data retention
